Founded by James Smith in 2011, ASSET Ltd. — Asbestos Surveying Services & Electrical Testing Ltd. — is an independent asbestos surveying consultancy operating across Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and surrounding areas.
The business is built on two principles: high-level technical expertise and direct personal accountability. Every survey is conducted personally by James, ensuring a consistent standard of service and a single point of contact from initial enquiry through to the final report.
ASSET Ltd. does not undertake asbestos removal works. This deliberate decision keeps all advice fully impartial — focused entirely on safety and appropriate risk management, never on generating unnecessary removal work.
